Where are you going?………..Sunset Rock?………..Nice pictures.
Sunset Rock 🙂
Where is Sunset Rock on the Island? Would love to find it in June.
The orchards by Stonecliffe.
It is out by Stone Cliff on the western side of the Island. One of my favorite places to go!
Yes you are all correct… Sunset Rock! A nice spot out at Stonecliffe Resort. You can even drive your snowmobile right up to it, but I preferred to park by the road and walk the trails up to it 🙂
Although I have been to Sunset Rock a hundred times, I have never seen it in the winter. Thank you for the beautiful view! The winds are always so strong there, I’ll bet that they really ‘bite’ in these cold temps!
The winds do get very strong. Sometimes I wish it were more practical to wear my snowmobile helmet all the time!
Beautiful photos! I’ll have to visit Sunset Rock the next time I’m up there.
